Find a Property
Browse available properties based on the train lines near your prospective school and your preferred conditions. Feel free to contact us anytime for assistance.

Application
Once you have chosen your preferred Dormy residence, simply fill out the application form. Applications are accepted even before your school placement is finalized.

Contract (by Mail)
After your school admission is confirmed, complete the contract procedures and pay the required entrance and move-in fees. Even if you complete the contract early, monthly housing fees will not be charged until your scheduled move-in month.

Move-in
On your move-in day, please come directly to your Dormy residence. Since the rooms are furnished, you can move in with minimal luggage.
