Resident Assistants (RA) are student leaders who vitalize communication within Dormy.
They play a role in supporting daily life, including support for new students and event planning.
Through these RA activities, Dormy has established a system for students to achieve personal growth.
Properties implementing this program will have the "RA Program Information" listed on their property page

RAs create opportunities for communication by planning seasonal events, such as welcome events for new students and course registration consultations.
Beyond events, they support daily concerns, raise awareness of rules, and act as a bridge between students and the "manager and matron" (the live-in husband and wife manager and matron).

With support from dedicated staff, RAs share success stories and engage in discussions with RAs from other Dormy properties.
Through trial and error, they develop essential qualities for future leaders, such as problem-discovery and solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to involve others.

The RA Summit is held annually as the culmination of RA activities. RAs give presentations on their year's work to educators and the media.
In recent years, it has been held online via live streaming and on-demand.
