FlowEntry Procedure

If there are rooms available in the dormitory of your choice, you can move in mid-year.
In that case, we will accept your request by phone at any time.

  1. Please refer to the brochure to find the student dormitory in which you are interested.

    Check the nearest station or train line to the school/college you plan to attend. If you find a dormitory that interests you, you can also visit and try the dormitory out.

  2. Once you have decided on the dormitory you want, please apply. Applications will be accepted from early June! You can apply even before you have been accepted by your school or college!

    Applications can be made by phone or online. We will accept up to a second choice. Even if you apply early, you will not be charged accommodation fees until your planned move-in month (April).

  3. A set of documents including the dormitory contract and transfer form will be sent to you.From mid-November

    After the contract documents have been sent to you, check the contents and begin the application process.

  4. Transfer the dormitory entry fee, fill out the necessary documents, and return them.

    All you need to do is transfer the necessary fees and return the documents. You can complete the process without going to the site.

  5. As soon as you receive information about moving into the dormitory, we will contact you with the planned date and time of moving in.Early February or later

    After completing the dormitory move-in procedure, you will receive information such as "Guidelines for registering with the dormitory app (Domico)."
    After installing and registering the "Domico" app, please register your planned move-in date on "Domico" approximately 10 days to one week before your move-in date, and notify the dormitory manager of your planned move-in date and time.

  6. Prepare for moving (just bring your personal belongings)

    The furniture and appliances necessary for daily life are provided, so you can keep your luggage to a minimum.

  7. Dormitory entryFrom March 30th

    Your solo life is finally about to begin.

You Can Visit and Try the Dormitory Out!

You can use the dormitory for open campus events, and when taking entrance exams. See the dormitory for yourself. To request a tour, please apply using the "Tour Application Form" at least 3 days before the desired tour date. To apply for a trial stay, please apply using the "Trial Dormitory Stay Form" at least one month to 10 days before the desired date of use.
