Initial Charge

Entry Fee

The fee varies depending on the length of the contract. Entry fees already paid are non-refundable. If you wish to renew your contract after it has expired, you will be required to pay 70% of the entry fee according to the number of years of the contract, plus an administrative renewal fee of 9,350 yen.

Deposit

We will refund the deposit minus the room cleaning fee after the contract period has expired. However, if you leave the facility before the end of the contract period, we will charge you a penalty equivalent to the deposit.

Contract Administration Fee

This includes the cost of preparing and mailing all contract documents.
If you renew your contract, an administrative renewal fee of 9,350 yen will be charged.

Monthly Fee

Dormitory Fee

This includes monthly rent plus the cost of furniture and appliances.
If you choose a meal-inclusive contract, a fixed meal fee of 19,360 yen will be included.

Meal Expenses

If you opt for a separate meal plan, the fees per meal will be 429 yen (tax included) for breakfast and 792 yen (tax included) for dinner.
If your contract includes meals, the fee will be a fixed amount, so 19,360 yen will be added to the accommodation fee.

Monthly Management Fee

This is the monthly fee for using the facilities in the building, such as dining room, laundry, and public baths, as well as general administrative expenses for the dormitory manager and his wife, cleaning staff, etc. This will be debited from your registered account at the same time as the monthly dormitory fee.

Other Expenses

Communications Equipment Fees

This is the fee for using the Internet (Wi-Fi) in your room. It will be charged regardless of whether you use it or not.

Electricity Bill

A basic fee plus a usage fee is required.

In Addition

Some student residences may incur gas and water fees. In addition, depending on the accommodation, you may need to contract directly with the respective company regarding billing methods. Please check the accommodation details for more information.
Details on how to enter into the contract will be enclosed with the contract documents.
